I started SlapFive because I believe the future of B2B marketing and sales is about unleashing the customer voice. Click on Our Story to learn more. Prior to SlapFive, I was Principal Analyst at Forrester Research, covering B2B marketing, and then VP of Marketing where I built Forrester's customer voice program. I was co-founder of TalentReef, VP of Marketing & Products at Kadient and FatWire Software.

I have a 20 year career of translating business opportunity into usable, fun and addicting products. I'm the Inventor on over 10 patents. I've been co-founder and CTO of Gemr and Collect.it, and CTO of Perceptive Software and Nolij.

I have 12 + years experience in the technology industry within sales, sales training, management, customer education and success. At SlapFive I lead the Customer Success function, along with Education and Advocacy, and manage the overall experience for our clients. I am always striving to deliver an amazing customer experience by constantly improving, educating, and building customer focused programs and processes.

I have 20 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research and analysis. At SlapFive I am responsible for helping companies understand their buyers, develop engagement strategies, and unleash their customer voice in ways that drive new customer expansion, renewal, and insights.

Anna Whiting

I'm the Video and Audio Editor for SlapFive, a journalist by profession, and also operate my own store for crafts. When I am not doing audio and video editing work for my clients I enjoy working with my hands in my garden or crocheting projects.
